                                    Introduction to Dialogues

                                    Whenever a customer gives feedback through SoGoConnect, whether it’s a Landing Page on its own, and Landing Page embedded in its website, or it’s been recorded by someone – that is a Dialogue.  

                                    As soon as the Dialogue is submitted, it will arrive into the appropriate Interest Area Owner’s inbox. From there, the Owner can take action in order to resolve the Dialogue.
