                                    Master Log

                                    Master Log keeps track of all invitations and reminders ever sent from your Sogolytics account. It’s the perfect place to look if you are searching for information about a certain email address.

                                    1. In the top right-hand corner of your screen, click on the Utilities button.
                                    2. On the Utilities page, click Master Log.
                                    3. In the search bar, enter any email address or mobile number.
                                    4. To view the complete history for a record, simple click on the email address or mobile number.
                                    5. The system will display a comprehensive report of all invitations/reminders sent to the email address or mobile number., including the following details:
                                      1. Date/time invitation was sent
                                      2. Date/time reminder was sent
                                      3. Participation status
                                    6. Review the Subscription Status column for details on each record.
                                      1. OK: You can send surveys from this account to this email address.
                                      2. Unsubscribed: This email address has been permanently opted out of all surveys from this account.
                                    7. To restore active (OK) status for any unsubscribed record, you may click the Reset link.
