Score Type
- The score type is available in 3 different formats:
- Overall Score, a cumulative value of selected questions
- Question Scores, a graph of weighted scores of selected rating question
- Grouped Question Scores, multiple graphs of rating question available in the project
Score Widget Data Display
The Score Widget supports Data Display in Graph and Table manner. The trend graph and statical formats in Data display will be introduced soon. You can also define the Metric type and configure the same under this element. The available Metric formats are as follows:
- Percentage
- Response Count
- Weighted Score
- Weighted Score as Percentage
- Net Intent
- Percent Favorable
Advanced Settings
You can also include incomplete responses by toggling on the same available under Advance settings.
