1. Supported Question Types
• Text Box – All formats
• Demographics
• Multiple Text Box
• Radio Button – Other
• Check Box – Other and None of the above
• Drop Down – Others
• List Box – Others

 

2. Add identifiers: This option allows you to select identifying metadata or question details to be displayed besides the open-ended responses.

 

3. Advance Settings: You can also include incomplete responses by toggling on the same available under Advance settings.
