Multi-Tab Error

Sogolytics is a dynamic, online platform. All changes that you make are updated in real time. It is always a good practice to have open only a single instance of your account at once. In most cases, opening the platform in multiple tabs simultaneously would most likely not hamper your work. However, we don’t endorse this practice, as it might generate unexpected results.

We strongly recommend that you navigate and perform activities in a sequence in a single tab, rather than trying to do so simultaneously through the use of multiple tabs.

Therefore, if you even try to open your account pages in multiple tabs, a word of caution will pop up. Only once you approve of it, will you be able to proceed with your activities.
