                                    Your SogoConnect account can be fully customized to fit your organization’s needs. We’ve built the platform, but you know your organization best! Account Administration gives you the tools you need to put your house in order.

                                    Lay the Foundation

                                    From adding Users and setting their Permission Levels to creating and editing User Groups, you dictate who’s who and what they can do in your organization’s SogoConnect account.

                                    Prepare to Collect Feedback

                                    Use Landing Pages and the Tab Editor to provide your Customers with a comprehensive and intuitive way to give feedback. Set the conditions to turn direct Customer emails and User forwarded emails into Dialogues. Connect with your Sogolytics account and enable Raise a Dialogue to automatically have Dialogues created based on Customer survey responses.

                                    Define Dialogue Details

                                    Define words and phrases that trigger Critical Alerts to be notified when concerning Dialogues are submitted. Set the hours and days for Dialogue Aging. Create Tags for your Users to sort topics within Dialogues.

                                    Monitor the Account

                                    Define words and phrases that trigger Critical Alerts to be notified when concerning Dialogues are submitted. Check up on User activity and account changes through the Account Activity Log. Keep track of account and User performance via the Overview module.
