                                    Compliance

                                    Whenever information directly or indirectly identifying you or your individual participants is stored or processed, your data protection rights must be respected. Sogolytics ensures that your data is protected in accordance with your data rights.

                                    Privacy Notice

                                    When you provide your own data policy within your projects, you both inform participants and help them to exercise their data protection rights.

                                    Here’s how to display your organization’s data policy to participants throughout all projects in your account:

                                    As a sub-user, you will not be able to see the compliance menu in your account settings. To enable GDPR compliance, kindly contact your admin user.

                                    1. Click on your account initials in the top right corner, then choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
                                    2. Choose Compliance from the menu on the left.
                                    3. Enable GDPR compliance.
                                    4. Choose one of two options to add your data policy:
                                        1. Provide the URL of your data policy and the link will be included at the bottom of every participation page. Those who click on the link will be able to view your policy in a new tab.
                                        2. Revise or replace the default data policy provided.
                                    5. Click Save.
                                    6. Your data policy will be included on the participation page of every project in your account.
