                                    Inbox Customization

                                    Organize your inbox for the way you like to work! You can now customize your inbox to view the fields most relevant to you and group Dialogues to help you prioritize your inbox.

                                    Customize Table Settings

                                    1. Click on the Fields drop-down menu located at the top right of the Inbox to edit Table Settings.
                                    2. By clicking the eye icon, you can choose which Dialogue information you want to display such as CX Score, Priority, Interest Area, Dialogue Age, etc.
                                    3. Click and drag these elements to arrange the order in which they appear.
                                    4. Save your changes to see your updated Inbox view.

                                    Group Dialogues based on Status or Priority

                                    1. To enable Inbox Groupings, click on the Fields drop-down menu located at the top right of the Inbox.
                                    2. Click on the ‘Allow Inbox Groupings by’ checkbox, then select either Status or Priority. Selecting Status will allow you to view Unopened Dialogues, In-Progress Dialogues, and Dialogues with Pending Details in separate groupings. Selecting Priority will allow you to view Dialogues in groups based on the Priority level.
                                    3. Save your changes to see your updated inbox view.
