Assigning Dialogues

A Dialogue is assigned to a SoGoConnect user typically by the user being the owner of an Interest Area. You can find out who is assigned to each Dialogue by looking at the bottom left corner of any page. Below “Dialogue Details” you’ll see “Dialogue Assignment.” This is where you can see each Dialogue’s Interest Area and Owner, and it’s where you can change each Dialogue’s Interest Area and Owner if you wish.

If you decide to change the Interest Area, you will immediately change the Owner to whoever is the Owner for that Interest Area. If you want to see all of the previous changes regarding Dialogue Assignments, you can view those by looking at the Dialogue Timeline down below.
