Project Tags

Project Tags settings allows you to include and exclude data from one or more project on the CX Dashboard. Learn more about adding Tags to CX projects.

Here’s how:

1. Open the CX Dashboard.
2. Click on the gear/settings icon in the right-hand corner.
3. By default, Project Tags will be selected on the left menu and all projects with Tags added will be listed on the right.
4. To display specific projects, use the search box.

   

5. Hover over each Tag as needed to identify whether it is a question-level or response-level Tag.
6. For each project, you’ll see a toggle. Enable the toggle to include the project data within the Dashboard.
7. As needed, search and filter projects for review.
