Custom Dashboard gives you the power of viewing all your data at a glance and enhances your experience of data analysis.
You can create your own custom dashboard by following the steps below:
- Click on the Dashboards option beside the All-Projects in the top left corner.
- Choose Custom Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Create Dashboard.‘
- Enter the desired title and description in the dialogue box, then click Create. These details can be edited later.
- Select a widget of your choice and drag it onto the canvas. For more information on widgets, click here.
- By default, the Data Source for the Widgets is set to Project. Once the widget is added, the dropdown for selecting the project will appear.
- Choose the desired project and the parameters based on which you want to display the widget data. You can select either Questions, Metadata, or Directory associated with the chosen project to display the widget data.
- Later, utilize the widget settings for customization. We have provided brief explanations of the widget settings for each widget type in our Widget section.
- Click Save, and the widget will display data on the canvas.
- Repeat the process to add more widgets. See the image below for an example of a dashboard with various widget types and sizes.
- Filter responses for a specific time using the All Time filter in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
- Further refine the dashboard by applying filters based on various attributes, located beside the ‘All Time’ filter. For more details on filters, click here.
Widget sizes range from a minimum of 2×3 to a maximum of 12×12, with the default widget size being 6×3. You can resize widgets by clicking and dragging the lower-right corner to expand or shrink them.
