Timeline of a Dialogue

The SoGoConnect Dialogue Timeline is how you can see everything that has happened with a Dialogue, from submission to Closing. When on the page of a Dialogue, below the original message you’ll see the SoGoConnect Timeline with check boxes next to it. You’ll be able to select what you want to view in the Timeline down below.

With every update to any Dialogue, you’ll see:

• What was updated
• What day and time the Dialogue was updated
• Who updated the Dialogue
• Internal Comments added to the Dialogue
• Communications with the Customer about the Dialogue

If you want to filter out specific Dialogue updates, you can by unselecting the checkboxes at the top of the Timeline. Any boxes not selected will not have those options be viewable in the Dialogue Timeline.
