How can I create my first survey project?
There are many ways to get started in creating your first survey project, and you'll be presented with these options when you first log into your account. Within our User Guide, the perfect place to begin is with the How to Create a Project page and video. You might choose to create with AI, use a survey template from our bank, copy a previous survey, or start from scratch. What best practices should I keep in mind when designing a survey project?
Set clear goals for each survey, including a clearly defined purpose and specific audience. Understanding your goal will make it easier to decide which questions are critical and which can be trimmed. A clear view of your audience will help you to connect with them more directly by asking relevant questions and using language they'll understand. Make sure the order of your questions is clear and intentional and work toward a conversational flow. Keep participants engaged with features like logic, data population, and piping, boosting response rates and improving data quality.
