- Create one or more Custom Directories to store and manage details like employees’ departments and managers or customers’ purchased products and preferred locations.
- Publish through Directories using complete lists or filtered sub-lists and pull relevant contact details into reports without having to add those fields within Design.
- Collect feedback as a follow-up to Activities like customer purchases or support interactions, then match up responses to Contacts in your Directories to learn more about how experiences vary across your organization.
